Hi all,
As most of you know that my FTT appeal was dismissed by the FTT judge on the grounds of the 0203 landline number on my contract. My appeal to UT was permitted on 15th Jan and i received the hearing date today on 14th Feb 2014.
All my reason of refusal by the UKBA case worker on my initial application were cleared in my favour by the FTT Judge. Which were CAR printed online, Not much Level 6 details on Contract and No contact number on contract. All this reasons were decided in my favour. But the FTT Judge decided to dismiss the case as one of my client was having 0203 landline number, which according to him is not a valid London landline number.
This was not even a refusal reason in my application by UKBA case worker. It came from the Judge's observation.
Now when i will go to UT, what will be the discussion about ?
Will they reconsider the whole case of just the FTT judgement ?
They have specified not to add any more evidence which were not in FTT.
Also, do I have to be at the hearing or only my legal representative.
FYI : My company is trading since last year and I have 50 K in my account all the time since then, but its never been challenged or asked to prove.
Please advice,
AceVenture.
