EEA4 /need some help

Hello
I came to london since 2001 as asylum seeker and been waiting
for my case to be procide till august 2006
and i went back to my country which is albania and got married
to slovakian girl and came back as a family mamber.
I got residenc permit for 5 years .
Do u think cos i been living in UK for more then 6 years and been working too i can applay for leave to remain in UK.
or how long i have to wait to be ready for ILR

You must have had spend 5 years as the family member of your Slovakian wife exercising her treaty rights to acquire the ILR/PR. So technically, the clock for your Permanent Residence (PR) started from the date you came back to UK as the family member.

Ahem....he means, you can't apply for PR now because your application will be based on the EEA permit route, which started when you received the EEA family permit...so, five years before you can apply.

By the way, it is 5 years from the day the OP enters the UK on the EEAFP and not from the time the EEAFP was recieved.
