MN1 Form - Section 1.1

Dear Forum,

I am filling up the MN1 form for my daughter. So would be greatly appreciate if someone can answer my question:

-My daughter was born in the UK in Feb 2013
-We did not include her in ILR application as we want to apply BC for her after we obtained ILR
-We (both Malaysian) obtained ILR in July 2013
-So in Section 1.1 of the MN1 form, which British Nationality Act under which my daughter application should be considered?

Flick to page 10 and it would seem that your child would fall into section 1(3) of the British National Act - a child born to parents who are not BCs/settled at the time of birth but subsequently become BCs/settled.
