Appeal Allowed. Judge asked for re-consideration

Post by alik28 » Fri Jan 24, 2014 12:08 am

Hi,

My appeal is allowed however judge wrote the following

"I allow the appeal because respondent's decision was not in accordance with the law or the Immigration Rules and the matter is remitted to the respondent for re-consideration".

My visa was rejected because of following reason

We have attempted to verify your bank statement using our standard procedure but have been unable to do so. therefore.....

Now, my question is does this decision mean HO will carry out another verification on my account in Pakistan. I don't have money available in that account but I still have access to £50k in UK bank account.

My solicitor advised my to get my UK bank statement and send it to them to inform I no longer rely on my funds which were available to me in Pakistan however I have got the money in UK.

I kind of disagree because if the appeal is allowed I don't see any point of sending any further documents but if they do carry out new verification they will then refuse it again.

Can experts please shed a light of their experience on this please.

Many Many Thanks
