FLR(HSMP) 1+3+1 and Dependants

Guys
I am going to apply for 2nd and i hope last FLR(HSMP) next week.Eventhough existing FLR is valid until novemer 2007.I need this as my to be employer requires to see my visa atleast for next 2 years and currently my existing visa runs out in november.
But my family is abroad and they will return by end of july and i cannot afford to loose this new job offer and i wish to apply in advance (i have got confirmation from HO to apply earlier in this case) .
Now question is when my family returns , they will have visa valid until nov 2007 and i will have to apply for their FLR seprately offcourse pay extra as well.Will it be possible and which form to use for their FLR ???
FLR(O) ??
FLR(HSMP) ??

If it's possible it would be FLR(O).

It might be better for your family to get EC after you get the extension.
