Had hearing on 18 but no decision came

Hi,

I had my hearing on 18th December. I was expecting my decision to come early this week but nothing came. Any idea how long does the court normal take to issue the determination.

Hi,m y appeal was on the 16th of Dec and I only just received my decision letter yesterday dated 7th Jan. Give it next week, guess the delay may be because of the christmas and new yearbreak.

Oh yes Prem-singh123. I already knew the outcome at the appeal hearing and posted it in this thread http://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tie ... ml#p963513

It was just the official confirmation letter stating that the decision was unlawful and quoting the HO rep's words at the court hearing about not finding any thing wrong with my application and that It appears I may have been wrongly refused and that I indeed have fullfilled the section D (ii)iii and Iv which was the reason for refusal. The judge also stated that my appeal fees be refunded.

So now just praying and hoping that no more delays in getting my BRP.

So it took just over a month for yours to arrive.
I had my hearing on the 7th of this month so another couple of weeks hopefully
