Can I apply as a Dependent for Settlement

Hi,

I am new to this group and I hope you can guide me with the question that I have.

I am in the UK for around 4.2 years and just got my TIER 1 General second extension. My Husband is also on TIER 1 General Visa and living here since 2009 June.

We are married more than two years ago and we both are on our own visas and I haven't registered as his dependant.

Now My Husband is eligible for ILR in April and Can I apply as his dependant although I am not in the dependant visa?

I have all the proof like same address for two years, marriage certificate, bank statements etc addressed on my name for the same address as my Husbands.

Please advise...

Your can only apply for settlement at the same time if you have previously been given permission to enter or stay in the UK as his wife.

Precisely. You cannot apply for ILR with him.
