PCN FInes

Post by zeezee810 » Wed Jan 29, 2014 1:30 pm

Dear All,

Does having a lot of PCN fines which were paid affect your application for character requirement? (I think 10)

Is there a way Home office can check how many PCN fines a person has against the application?

Please advise

Thank you

Not unless the police were involved. I would just ignore them.

Thanks a lot of guys..thats one issue off my head!!

i recently received a bailif letter for an unpaid parking fine which i never received as i had changed address & the fine was being sent to my old address. I appealed to the Transport Enforcment Centre (TEC) & am awaiting a decision from the local council whether they will accept my appeal or not..

Do I need to write this in my application?

Also does the HO check all your past visa application approvals or only for 5 years? I have been living in the UK since 2001?

Thank you
