FLR(M) OR ILR??

Post by 13foxxy » Wed Jan 29, 2014 8:25 pm

Hi everyone need your help please as very confused. I've been told that if my husband had recently become birtish citizen and its been less than 2 yrs, then I will need to apply for FLR instead of ILR. Could you please advice. I entered UK in June 2010 but as my husband was in the army so were posted overseas.

Visa tittle: to join spouse/cp

Hence no of mths i've been away from UK is
2011: 5 mths
2012: 5 mths

Do you think the absence will affect if i am eligible to apply for ILR?

No, it ought not to. Just show a subsisting relationship when you were abroad.
