Do you have to be in work for full five years?

Post by kpk1234 » Wed Jan 29, 2014 10:39 pm

I am considering to apply for ILR soon. Do I have to be in employment for the full five years? As I have been out of employment for best part 6 months at one point. My present situation is I was in employment and will have required earnings at the time of my application. Any help would be great.

Kind Regards,
KPK

Home Office don't care as long as you score enough points on earning at the time of your application and you have been in the country to their guidelines rules set.
