Will this suffice the rules for FLR(M)?

Post by adnan.undre » Wed Jan 29, 2014 9:14 pm

Hello to all

I wanted to ask a question to all the learned people of this forum. When applying for my wires FLR(M), I will be in a new occupation. My gross annual income is £19,000. After taxes i will be earning £15,500. Now i know that in the guidance notes it says gross annual income wherever it mentions the word income, but i just want to confirm that my gross annual income of £19,000 will suffice....?

Thanks in advance

Gross salary. So 19,000 is fine.

It may not be fine. It would depend how much you have earned in the last 12 months if you have not worked for the same employer for 6 months.

Thanks guys for the replies.

OK so if i work for the same company for over 12 months at £19,000 per annum gross (pre tax) this would definitely fulfil all requirements?

If you currently have an annual salary which meets or exceeds the Financial Requirement and in the last 12 months you have actually earned such a requirement, you should satisfy Cat B, providing that is, you provide the specified evidence (click).
