Appeal hearing date issue.. plz advise

Appeal hearing date issue.. plz advise

Hi, all I have my tier 1 general Appeal hearing date on 08 may 2014 but my 10 years are completing on 17 August 2014 therefore a gap of around 3 months in between my appeal hearing and 10 years period. can anyone advise how to extend my appeal or change my appeal hearing date? Please let me know ASAP as I must change it as soon as possible. Thanks
