please i came back to UK on the the 28 of January 2012 with spouse visa and my visa will expire inapril but my 2 year will be this month ending can i apply for indefinite now .thks

Yes, you can apply up to 28 days before 2 years from date of entry

A child born in the UK will not need further leave unless you want to travel soon. Instead, the child is entitled to register as British under section 1(3) BNA when you're granted ILR.

I came back to the uk on 28/01/2012 with a spouse visa and my visa expires in april. Please (1) when can i apply for my indefinite leave to remain (2) what documents would be needed (3) Should we (me & my wife) ask for the service of a lawyer or just do it ourselves ?

From 28 days before 28/01/2014, do it without a solicitor look at form
SET(M) to see what you need documents wise. You'll need
LIUK and B1 English in addition to cohabitation proof.

I'm applying for ILR using SET(M) form, My wife's got 2 children age 9 & 18 from her previous relationship.

hi,
i have following question.
my wife got tier 1 dependent visa in March 2012 and came in uk November 2012. her visa was until 15 jan 2014. i have got ILR on 15th Jan and home office gaver her 3 years visa.
my question is.
when she will be eligibale for ILR??
And when she will be eligible for Naturalisation??

I suggest you go into your local branch get the Nov statement and get it stamped!

You should provide the last 3 months bank statements and corresponding wage slips, pop into the branch and get them to print it out on headed paper.
