Application came back from home office because of payment

Post by pak2013 » Fri Dec 27, 2013 5:59 pm

Hi everyone I m new on this forum if you guys can help me would be great, i applied visa on 12/12 same day my visa due to expire, my application came back on 27/12/13 because bank rejected my payment, home office sent my passport to enforcement as my visa is expired and states that you should contact them by 13 Jan to arrange your departure, in the letter it also says that " your fresh application should be returned to the address given on the application form"
can I send back my application?
would it be considered from 12/12/13 or from my new postal date?

thanks for help

@ pak2013, you need to first contact your bank to get the reason why the payment was rejected because its very important as you will not be given appeal if your second application get refused because HO will see you as an overstayer.

Also, the date of your new application will be the date you post it, but you might be able to convince HO to accept your first application as valid only if you can proof that HO didn't try to take payment from your bank.

If the payment mistake is from your end, then try to make payment by postal order for your new application.

how can i prove that HO didn't try to take money out and can i just write a covering letter and explain every thing about address and send with the same application back

I think you have already known the reason why money wasn't taken and the mistake is solely with you and you cant prove that its HO mistake.

Best option is to submit a fresh application as soon as possible making sure payment method is confirmed this time before posting your application.

Not allowed to work

You have to be very careful now because as per your situation you are no more allowed to work until visa granted. If you been found working that would be illegal and you will get deportation.
Contact some one if you are working
