Do you need to do another English Test?

Just a quick question guys

My wife passed esol a1 and got her ilr in August 2012, we need to apply for nationality this year and I wanted to know whether she needs to pass life in uk test and b1. On the nationality form (AN) it mentioned that it you met the requirement before than you don't need to prove again but we will be appling after the new rules have been enforced so I am confused As to what we need to do.

Your wife will need at least level 3 ESOL + a pass in the Life in the UK test.
