Educational requirements for moving to Canada?

Hi guys,

I am about to start the Visa process but would like to know what level of education is desired for a visa?

I have so many questions about the move but if I explain my background to get an idea on where I stand, I'd really appreciate the help on whether I will score highly enough.

I didn't get a degree but I have a trade certificate as a Chef which is a level 2 NVQ (I also have an additional NVQ) although I don't work as a chef now.

Also, I am now self-employed as a Content and Social Media Manager which means I can work from anywhere in the world as I just need internet access.
So I guess I need to know if I should boost my qualifications before I apply to improve my chances?

Once I know this, I can work out the next steps.
