Residence Requirements for Naturalization.

Post by navfmc » Sun Feb 02, 2014 9:28 am

I got my ILR under set O Rules in July 2013. I am planning to apply for Naturalization in July 2014. I arrived UK in October 2008 under Tier 1 Rules. My Wife and Two daughters joined me in UK in June 2011. All of us got ILR on the same day (July 2013)

Based on Residence Requirements I am eligible to apply for Naturalization but can my a. Wife and b. daughters apply for naturalization at the same time with me.

We are Pakistan National.

With discretion they could. However, to avoid a loss of fees, you and the children can apply together and then your spouse can apply once you have had your ceremony. B1 English and LIUK required for you and your spouse.
