ILR Absences outside the UK letter.

Fellow forumers,
I have been on Tier 1G for the past 5 years and going for ILR PEO appointment this month.
I was wondering if anyone could help me on this. My annual leave last year started on Tuesday 2nd April but I left the country on Easter Friday 29th March. Should the letter from employer state 2nd April or 29th March? I am paid on bank holidays as well so I guess it is covered but I don't want to fill in something different on the form from the letter my employer gives me.
