My brother who is resident in Ghana had a 6 months family visa to UK went back to apply for 2 years on grounds he stayed for 3months on his last visit when they said he will stay for 3weeks... Also they said the date he wanted to travel is different from what he stated in his application (only 2 weeks difference in dates). Is this a fair decision
Also they stated they tried to contact his sponsor which is myself and they didn't get through to me which is a lie.
He is also a student and will be graduating from UNI in 6 months so they also said he did not state what he intends to do after after school so on all those grounds he was refused which I find that very unfair
Does anyone had an idea how to go about appealing against this decision?
