They will send it by Second Class Recorded Delivery.
Call this number 0800 0197847 ( Dx Courier ) after 7 AM tomorrow.
If they sent your decision on Friday and if its granted then your BRP card will be delivered tomorrow.
Just give your post code and last name, they will tell you if anything is out for delivery or not.

[quote="bizz123"]normal mail if there is no approval or rejection letter

So that mean mine one is normal delivery. As you said if refusal or visa granted then recorded delivery. So what i should expect from home office "Bizz123". ? They said it was already posted on Friday morning 10AM. Is anybody get refusal on signed for delivery post.?

Whatever the decision, if it is a decision it will come by Recorded Delivery unless you provided a Self addressed Special Delivery Envelope.

Biz 123,,, How you received Interview intimation letter from home office regarding your delay in application and time limit of 31st March. Is it was Signed for delivery or Normal Post.. Probably Home office sent me the same letter as some of you guys received it. As mine is supposed to be normal post as i haven't received anything today. Thanks

Hello Veedi,
I have received a card from Royal mail today at my door as i missed the delivery. It is a recorded signed for letter as it is written on Royal mail card but i am not sure that whether it is letter from home office or somewhere else. The address i have given to home office i never used for other correspondence so i believe that it will be letter form home office. i will let you know tomorrow How home office sent decision or documents.

urget help Get refusal Twice (Silly Reasons)

Post by Veedi0300 » Wed Feb 05, 2014 2:54 pm

First Applied: 6th May 2013 Team
Refused: 11th June 2013
Reason: Name not mentioned in Bank letter
I have bee been given right to re-submit Application and my team partner given appeal right. He logged appeal and I submit new application with all funds in my personal account.

Re-apply: July 2013
Interview: September 2013
Refused: 31st Jan 2014
Documents submitted: Personal bank account 50K. Business plan, Job description, Markiting material includes Calender, brochure, visiting card etc, Two contract, Business insurance, CAR, Accountant Letter, Facebook account, Twitter account, Company website, company ads on gumtree and yell etc etc.

Refusal reason:
The secratery of state not satisfied as to the genuineness of your application and in accordance with the paragraph 245DD(K) of the immigration rules, No points have been awarded in this area.

Now look at the refusal reason by Case worker: you stated that your all funds came from your family but you then stated that it then first went to your team member account. if your family had given you that money we expect to fund have been paid directly into your account and not into account of your team member...
My answer. Actually we applied together first and get refusal that time funds were in my team member father account as a 3rd party. Due to refusal i have moved these funds first to my team member account and then all funds i transferred to my personal account. So why i done this as we were not team member in new application due to same refusal reason but different right to exercise as i mentioned one get appeal right and i got re-submission.

I have to transferred this money into my partner account first as we don't have joint account. then one day later i transferred all funds into my account and submit fresh application. all funds were in my account since i applied and also show the bank statement in october 2013. funds still in my account but these idiot find something to refuse from nothing.

Can anyone guide me should i go for appeal or for JR. any suggestion.?
Can i appeal by self or through solicitor any suggestion.
is it ok if i loged appeal by self without wasting money to solicitor.

Thanks

Hi veede

I think JR is waste of time plus money. I have already done it and in sep I got pemission from high court for further hearing. They told me to pay court hearing fee in sep still waiting for hearing date.

I hope this will help you.
