Waiting for acknowledgment letter?

I have applied for naturalization on 28th January through NCS and I still do not have acknowledgment letter of date of receipt from UKBA. As I am sure that I have put the right address having checked it twice would anyone have a suggestion of what would be a appropriate step to take?
I am sometimes wrong.

Sometimes it might take up to three weeks to receive acknowledgement letter from UKBA.
