Can Entrepreneur (PSW Route) run a own Security Company

someone know about these following questions
Can tier 1 entrepreneur visa holder(50K Route) run a own security company ?
Is this company comes in level 4 ?
can this person get SIA badge or renew his badge ?

No you cant run security company. you must have job tittle above level 4. SIA license application will be rejected if you make after yiur current leave expired but you can make sia application before your current leave expired or after getting T1 ent visa.

I saw in the list of Code of practice operation manager and security manager comes under level 4.
so u mean to say if someone has tier 1 entrepreneur psw route visa can apply new security license or renew his license.
is that correct ?
