Questions on ILR SET-O form - PLEASE HELP !

I am planning to apply for ILR in couple of weeks, struggling with some questions to find the right answer please could you help.

Questions in the SETO form (12/2013 version):

1. Qn. 6.1 (pg: 14): I got my first tier 1 visa from 01/04/2009 but I entered UK possibly on 05/04/2009. It asks for 1st entered the UK on which application is based, So I can state 05/04/2009 and not from which date is valid from, isn't it?

2. Qn. 7.11 (pg:19): How long have you lived in UK: My tier 1 starts from 01/04/2009 but I entered UK in 2006 on a student visa. So do I need to state 2006 or 2009? But my ILR application will be based on 5 yr. tier 1 visa from 2009.

3. Section 11 (Pg: 48): Spouse Co-habitation documents: The only documents in my wife name I have are her Bank statements , tenancy agreement in which her name included, council letter, voting letter received recently, she is staying with me since 2009 and she renewed her Dependant Tier 1 along with my extension in 2012. Do you think the above documents will be suffice?

4. My visa expiry date is 01/04/2014. It says 28 days window , is it 28 working days or 28 normal calendar days. Could you say me when can I start booking appointment.

Please could you help me with these above questions. I appreciate your time greatly spend in providing me your answer. Thank you

[color=#4040FF]28 days window has nothing to do with VISA expiry date. You can apply upto 28 days before your fifth anniversary .[/color]
