Since this is my first post here I would like to apologize beforehand if this posting did not follow proper format. Do guide me as we went along to solve this crisis.
My friend is in a pickle, as few week back she was denied entry to the UK (her friend that went along with her pass through the Border Agency without problem). She was held at Heathrow and deported back to Malaysia after a lengthy holdup at their office.
When she arrived back here in Malaysia, she wrote a letter appealing to the UK Visa and Immigration. Today she received the letter (see attachment).
They rejected her application.
So, good fellows, do you all have any recommendation/advise on how to remedy this problem? We would appreciate any feedback.
