procedure to get passport in airport

Hi there,
I applied for point based system dependant visa a year back on my wife and she is in PSW visa from inside UK. my application got refused and we appealed against UKBA and won the case, again UKBA appealed against court's judgement and in the second court hearing we said my wife's visa in going to end in 4 months time and not interested in extending her visa or to stay in UK, showed judge the copy of flight tickets which where booked in few weeks next time. In my hearing Judge and the UKBA representative agreed to give my passport on the date of departure in airport. my solicitor said he will arrange for getting my passport in airport but before doing it he is demanding one large cash as his fees so i decided to get my passport myself. can any one please help me in procedure to get my passport from UKBA or in airport on the date of departure. any kind of information will be much helpful for me. thank you
