Vaf2 - Sole representative

I couldn't find this topic in other place.

1st question:
8.1 - it says - Do you have a job arranged in the UK
I'm going over there as a sole representative so I do but it's for an American company that is setting up over in London

2nd question:
8.7 - it says - Where will you stay when you arrive in the UK
I plan to put my friends address. Is that ok. Or should I put a hotel - or does it matter?

3rd question
There was a question online asking if you had friends or family in the UK. I have friends but not sure that will help/hurt

4th Question
Does anyone have recommendations on applying online visas with dependent to get done at the same time?
