ILR Dependent - Do I need to take my 1 year old to same day

Hi All,
Quick query - I am planning to apply for ILR for myself and ILR dependent for my 1 YO baby with same day appointment (considering postal application can take several months).

Just want to check if I need to take her with me for the appointment?

yes you need to take the child.
