What will be the answer for Section J
Money Disposable in UK
If part of the money is already invested and rest is in UK.

There are 4 options:
1-all the funds are disposable in UK
2-all the funds already invested in UK
3-part of the required funding has already been invested and rest of the funding is disposable in UK
4 NO

Help will be much appreciated

I think I got the answer as No.

Because in section H1 they are asking for money in financial regulated institution and then the questions,THE third one is ok as part invested and rest in regulated financial institution.

J is for those where money is not in FCA/PRA regulated institution and they have to answer about money disposal .
mine will be YES for H1 (3rd option) and No for J section.am I right?
