Anybody who did biometric NOV 2013 & not got decision yet ?

Hi All.

I have taken a lot of help from this forum and been watching it actively...so again i am very grateful.

However i have seen a few success stories from people who applied in OCT-NOV 2013 ??. ...and not much after that...
but UKBA is having 9000 applications since SEPT 2013 as pending so they are taking time ....is this true ?

I am very worried now ....I applied on 29th OCT 2013 along with my business partner alone with our wives as dependent (4 applicants-total) and did biometric NOV first week and we have already invested our personal funds of 50K in a growing IT business through share capital and we both have very good experience in IT consulting with a solid business plan.

I read in huffingtonpost a new team is in place to sort this backlog of 9000 applications ...but i heard its working on applications only after DEC 2013 and giving quick decisions ..??

SO does anybody know of any success stories of applications from OCT-NOV 2013... ??
my stay is finishing 16 feb 2014...what can i do ? ...im very worried now

Hi Abikanth

I have applied on 8th Jan, Biometric Done on 23rd Jan, waiting. In the biometric letter there was an additional letter telling that it might take upto 8 weeks for certain conditions. I sincerely hope something comes up in the coming weeks.
