IRL

Post by Zambu » Mon Feb 10, 2014 3:27 pm

I am currently on discretionary leave in the united kingdom. When I applied for IRL to remain last year it was refused on the basis of gaps in my visa over the past 10 years totalling to 42 days. this was mainly due to applications being denied at times due to the wrong forms or not having a certificate of sponsors. I was advised i could not appeal as i had a valid visa. I am not sure if I should put in a flesh application or extend my discretionary leave to remain. I am seeking some advice on the best way forward. Thank you
