Hi guys..
Any 1 who brought his/her dependant from back home on tier 1 ent...my question is ..

Do I need to send my bank statement as maintenance or my wife can show her bank statement in pakistan as maintenance.?
Or we both has to show our maintenance bank statement separately???

@ razi1234, you can use either your bank statement in UK or your wife's bank statement in your home country.

You just need to follow the simple procedure of showing £600 as maintenance for 90 days per dependent and rest your BRP copies and stuff.I think it dependent Visa got nothing to do with your £50,000 or earning,thats just the maintenance which is £600 per dependent for established presence persons which is clear from Dependent visa guidance for Tier1,

Yes you have to prove how did you earn the maintenance money either through accountant letter or through salary from your business.

There is no requirement uder the immigration rule that you should show how you earn your maintenance funds. But if you prefer to show letter from accountant or proof of income then its your choice to do so.

I am not saying that application with just maintenance bank statement will be refused but it could be refused. The ECO must be satisfied about the maintenance requirement of the partner of point base system migrant.

(Like there are many examples of the refusals regarding the subsisting marriage relationship. The immigration rules doesn't say that we have to submit telephone or other communication evidence.But ECO normally refuse application without any proper proof of communication which confirms the relationship is subsisting).

Yes there is indirect immigration rule which indicates" the funds must have been obtained while that person had valid leave and was not acting in breach of any conditions attached to that leave." So its highly recommended that the main applicant should prove the source of that income( maintenance fund) and must satisfy that he/she has not breached the condition of Entrepreneur leave. My business partner recently got his dependents' visa. To satisfy UKBA that you can run your living including any of your dependent on routine basis is different story than that of maintenance funds.
Maintenance fund is a bookish requirement which must be satisfied for valid application. To show your earning potential to satisfy the affordability to live in UK with any dependent is realistic issue to address in the application. Being newly in Entrepreneur visa means that you are no longer able to show your previous payslips (if any) to satisfy your future earnings. All you have to rely on your current recently born business and its future potential. For this you should seek an advice from certified accountant who may give you a letter of potential earnings from your business after discussing your business activities. This letter along with maintenance funds' statement will help you. My business partner used the same to get visa of his three dependents.
