Very Urgent question on tier 1 enterprenuer 2nd applicatio!

My team was refused leave to remain. The other person can only appeal while I only have an option to reapply.
Do I reapply as a team member from previous application with the money in our business account or reapply as a single person?
I don't know what could be UKBA's reaction since we have previously applied with money in business account as a team. please advised urgently.
