For a case where appeal was allowed on 04/11/2013,on enquiry this was the reply.

I note from your HO records that we advised you by telephone on 22 January that the file is still with the Presenting Officers Unit who dealt with your appeal. Until the case is sent to Sheffield for processing, we will be unable to advise a time scale as to when your case will be completed.
We have requested that the file be sent to Sheffield on an urgent basis.
