Could any body give second opinion please?ishfaqsangra wrote:Princess of Ammi wrote:if you read the title of the account it puts it off the recognition a confirmation relates to what it is, isnot effected when it confirms it being ''saving'' by itself
however a phone call to UKBA(before the application) by you or a lawyer could answer the question on the potential of its acceptability[/quote
I searched online and I think the difference is they can not withdraw in branch any cheques but can operate online 24/7 that why it is called internet savings.
Will confirm with the bank and also with UKBA
What is the number ?help will be appreciated.I did tried once and option 3 and it went off.
It is also discussed on forum and any money which is readly accessible is ok.
Thanks .
I read policy guidence again and it says that we only accept money in cash and Individual Savings Account(ISAs) are not acceptable.
Internet savings is just a savings account named internet saving. not ISA.ISAs generally have limits as allowed by HMRC around 6000 per year tax free savings so in my case it is £100,000 so that is not ISA any way.
Thanks for reply.entrepreneur123 wrote:its better to speak to lawyer. As long i know, saving account is allowed if it do not restrict you on withdrawal of money, meaning: monny should be available all time.
