Speed camera :(

Hi , my car just caught by speed camera on 30 miles road unfortunately I was on 37 miles. This is happening to me 1st time in life.

I want to know will they offer me course or 3 point/fine ?
My application is in process since 30 October 2013? Do I need to inform them?
In last year I also paid a fine for wrong parking in parking bay (loading bay only) ?

I have 28 days to Iform them back about this ? What I will do

They may offer you a course. If you end up with a FPN then it won't affect your application, just done get another, at least until your application is approved.
