Hi there i just recived that link from a solicter those call r scam not real one tell ur friends to avoide them

@ all, did anyone contact HO today to confirm if the phone call was actually from them.

Good information , But what if they will say we are from UKBA we have your file please confirm your details:

Date of birth
when did you apply and your name
address
they won't ask for your bank details (it means it is not a scam )

After that they will start asking questions and cross questions you but in your business plan it is written like this , then it can be that person who knows about you:

1) UKBA it self they have access to your file (business plan hard copy , etc)
2) your solicitor
3) your friend who knows about you and your business plan
4) someone has hacked UKBA site and physically accessed UKBA site with your file details .
