Please someone could help me to fill AN form
First on section 3.5 "address of tax office or tax office reference" do i ask my employer for this? and
second what date should i write in first arrived in uk? date i got ILR or first came to uk as student visa.
Third document which needed? are passport, life in uk, IELTS,employer letter, p60,pay slips, bank statement, photos,work permit document, ILR document.......is that any other document need or not????/

and second what date should i write in first arrived in uk? date i got ILR or first came to uk as student visa. If it says "date you FIRST arrived", why would you put date you got ILR?? The date you arrived on Student Visa

Third document which needed? are passport, life in uk, IELTS,employer letter, p60,pay slips, bank statement, photos,work permit document, ILR document.......is that any other document need or not????/ You don't need bank statements, payslips and P60s or work permit document. You need the passport your entered the UK on though and your current one if you have more than one and your BRP stating ILR/Settlement

Many Thanks CR001 for quick reply. i just double check... you mentioned about BRP stating ILR/ settlement..... is that mean the card i received (Residence Permit card)???
