Tier 4 for PgCert

I am non-EU, non-EEA, non-Commonwealth, overseas citizen.
I would kindly like to know
1. if it would be possible to obtain a Tier 4 (General) visa for a short course (duration 6 month, degree PGCert) to study in the UK.
2. what are the required documents.
