Expired passport is fine. MN1 is the form to use.harrygurbani wrote:1) My 6yr old Son who was born in India, his passport expires on the 25th of November 2013, does he need a valid passport to make an application or can i still use his expired passport as a proof of identity? From the UKBA website i understood, his would use the MN1 form, please correct me if I'm wrong.
Same type of form (MN1) but on a separate one. each applicant needs to complete a form.2) My 2yr old Daughter who was born in the UK in 2011 does not hold a citizenship/passport of any country at the moment, would her application go together in the same form as my son's or is her's going to be a different process all together? If, a different process please could you explain including the form i would need for the application?
Check last page of application form.
My wife and I still have to clear the English test (ESOL), but i would very highly appreciate if i could get a list of documents required for our application.
