Bringing Child from India for one Parent settled

Hi,

I have a query about applying visa for my child from UK. Its not clear on website and I am confused on which Appendix I should complete with VAF4A application form as both Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 seems to be matching my condition.

I am on settlement visa(person settled in UK) and my wife has got limited leave to remain which was granted before 9th July 2012. What appendix I should complete and do I need to meet financial requirement of £18000 income or £22400 income as I will be applying for only my child. Any help will be much appreciated.

For children where both parents are settled/British or one has SR, VAF4A and Appendix 1.
