Appeal Hearing Dates Help Please

Hi,
Me and My team member applied for appeal in different dates like my team member applied for tribunal in end of january 2014and got hearing date in end of july 2014 and i applied in end of febuary 2014 and my doubt is will i be getting on same date or different date

please help me and reply me

most probably you will get different dates, but you can request the tribunal to conjoined your appeals later on.

get your lawyer on this... there have been quite a few posts where members(entrepreneurial team) shared that they requested their hearing to be had together on a same day and their requested went through successfully, have you lawyer intervened you get it

We had the same issue i.e different dates for us, but we requested the FIT trough our solicitor which was accepted. It shouldn't be a problem once you get the date.
