Has your wife passed the B1 English and Life in the UK tests? If so, you may be questioned at any of the PEOs as to how she has been able to meet the language test requirements but is unable to have a basic conversation in English. This came up recently when a member applied at a PEO, however there are no formal 'interviews' when applying in person.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
