Wen 5 years period starts before Ilr

My visa stamped date : 09 October 2009
First entry in 13 Dec 2009
Now my visa expired on : 10 nov 2014

I just want to know that when I start to calculate five years period before Ilr according current rules.
If I starts from first entry then on expiry of my visa on 10 nov 2014, 5 years been not completed and I need extension.
But if I starts on visa stamped date then 5 years completed on 09 OCT 2014.

Tell me wen I will be eligible for Ilr.
