ILR which application to use?

Hi
I was granted my tier 1 dependent visa before july 2012. I am still on tier 1 dependent / pbs dependent visa.
My husband recently applied for his british citizenship and is waiting for his citizenship ceremony.
I complete 2 years stay in the UK in the first week of april.
My question is which application form should I use to apply for my ILR application?

Did your husband apply for ILR on the basis of 5 years residence or 10 years Long residence?

If 5 years residence, you apply for ILR on Set(O)

If 10 years long residence, you need to switch to FLR(M) and then immediately after you receive that you can apply for ILR on Set(M).

Once you have completed 3 years residence and meet the standard requirements, you can apply for citizenship as spouse of BC.

Thank you for taking time to reply. He applied for ilr on the basis of 5 year stay and not 10 year. I read somewhere on this forum that there is going to be a change in rule on april 6th regarding the dependent ilr applications. Do you think that applies to my application as well??

You can apply using form Set(O) and can apply no earlier than 28 days before you meet the two year residence requirement, so from mid March depending on the date you reach 2 years.
