That doesn't make any sense.. If they wer gonna refuse him then why didn't they in the first place instead of saying his on hold and asking for additional docs? And if his additional docs weren't enuff then he should be on hold like the rest of us :-s

Other way around :)

UKBA as an independent agency has been abolished nearly a year ago and been replaced by UKVI, which is part of Home Office:

It just took them a while to get around to putting up the new web site. Personally, I find the flow chart style rather unnerving.

Dear forum members
visa processing timings for islamabad are updated for january 2014
It is stated that 3% of application within 60 days, 69% within 90 days and 73% within 120 days. So total decisions made january 2014 were 403. Its a very tension for those who are waiting from several months.
Application submit: 20 Jan 2014
Status: Application forwarded to islamabad OC on 20/1/2014
Still no status change about application that either its under process to BHC or not?
Anybody on the forum who have same situation like me. Or anybody can suggest me how long status will change.

Alhamdulilah ..

You applied after me, In sha Allah you'll get it...

Did you apply in Category A ?

If yes, Did you get confirmation done at work ?

Also did your status change from "forwarded to ISL OC" to "Forwarded to BHC" or it just remained the same ?

thanks

In sha Allah it's positive, As from my own research experience, they don't release passport too quickly if they refuse.

I applied in CAT A as i work full time on 16th Dec 2013, My status hasn't changed either.

And i am hoping to hear back positive next week In sha Allah ..

Keep us posted with your outcome.

We applied early november 2013. No e-mail informing us it's on hold, no status change, just forwarded to islamabad oc.

I'm going to contact them again next week as it'll be 4 months since applying just to see if they're still 'processing' it.

Why would it be on hold ? As far i know, They have put people on hold those who earn close to 19000£ or less then 18600£.

Not sure why it would, knowing them they'd probably have it on hold if december 2013 applicants are getting RFC's, and we are november 2013 applicants.

We applied through cat A + D.
