Received letter after appeal allowed

Appeal allowed in November, today received letter requiring few documents. Team application 50k.. 1. Bank statement to show the funds still available. 2. Contract copy. 3. Sposnsor letter as we showed funds in different accounts.3. Evidence to prove that we doing graduate level job.We are running a security company and I used soc code 1174 security manager, thats level 4 occupation. I showed contract of providing security services but they said its not level 4. But it is level 4 on soc list. Now question is how to prove that im doing level 4 occupation. Please help. Other thing about sponsor letter if we follow their sample in guidance Annex e. It says letter from financial institutions. How to provide that letter? Experts please advice. Thanks

well if you provide security services by providing security guards to clients is not level 4 because services to clients are assessed as to be if at level 4 not your services to your company or business, you may well be providing your services to your company or business as a manager of which SOC you mentioned is administrating a business while providing guards to clients is your SOC.

you need a professional help from anyone who understands and could add something more within your responsibilities to take it to level 4 or above.

@ appeal786, are you sure your appeal was won base on refusal points alone or the judge ask HO to reconsider your case due to procedural flaws in the initial decision? If the latter is the case, then your reconsideration might again lead to another refusal if you cant prove that your business is at NQF level 4 regardless of your job title being at NQF level 4 on the SOC code list.

You stated that you use soc code 1174 security manager, but this does not answer the question on the level of service provided by your business. You have simply stated your job title to be an NQF level 4 role, but you have not proven that the service being provided by your business is at NQF level 4.

Soc code which I used has job titles
1. Operations manager 2. Owner ( security services )
3. Security manager
Im owner of security services and used title as security manager. Task im doing is as it is on soc description.
Analyses security requirements, advise clients and develops and implements appropriate security measures. Monitoring, reporting and reviewing of present procedure with a view to improving the efficacy of security arrangements.

@ appeal786, I think the best way to proof that your service is at NQF level 4 is to show the invoices you issue to your clients or contract which show the service you render to them.

If you can proof that your service is more of security management and not security guarding, then HO will definitely issue your visa.
