I am on tier1 general hsmp visa, on 24th of January 2014 I won appeal in court as I have been refused
extension of my visa. I am still waiting for a letter from the court as I urgently need to travel back
home as my mum is severely ill she is suffering from liver cirrhosis and water wnt to lungs now
and i urgently wanted to see her. I asked my Solicitor to chase the decision up for me he asked
the court several times they said they are very busy nowadys thats why its getting late. Although judge has written the decision its the admin department who needs to type the letter and send it to me.But unfortuanetly its over a Month now they havent send anything even to confirm that I have won the appeal.
Now my solicitor has asked the berristr to write to the court about my situation to issue the determination.Once I ll receive from the court then again I have to chase up with home office. I can see
time is runninig out for my mum but still I cant get my documents as coz of the poor process I dun know what to do. Please kindly help if any one of you went thru the similar situation, and let me know what needs to be done. Thanks
