Dear all,
This forum have been a great source of info with regards to the HSMP system and I have read through lots of the forum posted here but I still cannot find an answer for my questions. Please help and advice if possible and any advice is greatly appreciated.
1) I am a malaysian citizen who have worked in indonesia for 11 months for a UK registered company. I am receiving british pounds into my bank in UK as I had studied there prviously. So the question is... Which 'earning power' is this considered uner? British or Indonesia?
As I am claiming most of the points via 'earning power' this is very crucial.
2) I am considered a freelancer and therefore do not have wage slips, just invoices. Can I claim this as self-employed
3) I am not taxed as I am not working in my own country and also considered freelance so now I am afraid I have no proper show of evidence with regards to this. Again, back to point one. Since the company paid me through UK, my bank statements shows a UK company. So how can I proved I worked in Indonesia for them but they employed me not from the UK but in Malaysia??
I have a degree from UK with a 2.1 Hons. and I can claim 10 points for under 30. All together if these are relevant infomation, I have 90 points.
but if they calculate it under Britian, i have only 45 points... hm... tricky init LOL
please help!!!
thank you!!
