10 teams, 13 caseworker in each = 130 caseworkers
Target 5 applications per case worker = 650 application per day leads to 19500 application per month

But that information and statistics were in 2010,now its 2012 and I think UKBA have increased there staff and case workers team till 2012 for tier 1 categories.still they are lazy and slow............

We do not know how many caseworkers are in 2012. There must be another another FOI for 2012 if not we need raise it.

I wont be surprised if under pretext of "cost cutting" they choose the Tier 1 caseworkers.

Till May 2010 it was labour gov..
UK general elections were held in May 2010 and the current new gov came into power..... may that explains a lot....
