My wife and I got married last year in uk, but we didn't realize that I was not allowed to get married because I was on general visitor visa. Totally unaware of this restriction. Now I want to apply for spouse visa in my home country, ( my wife has already got her PR, ) I wonder if I will have problem in applying spouse visa, Because we breached the condition as on visitor visa last year?
